Sanding & Polishing
Sanding
Sanding is probably the most crucial stage of the entire flooring process. This is the part which determines how good or bad your floor will look when it’s all done and finished. Sadly, many customers underestimate the importance of this stage and upon spending large sums of money on expensive timber and installation entrust their floors to cheap, unlicensed, uninsured and poorly trained floor sanding crews that are simply incapable of delivering a satisfactory finish.
‘myfloor’ uses the best floor sanding machines money can buy which are regularly serviced and maintained to keep them running at their very best. We employ a progressive training system whereby all sanders start on the edges with an orbital sander and slowly progress over the course of several months through the more the difficult stages until they reach a point where the can produce a beautiful, smooth finish with a belt sander.
